Return Policy

     Regular priced merchandise with receipt can be returned for refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of purchase.
     Sale items can be returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase for exchange or credit only.
     Final sale on clearance and ‘as is’ merchandise.

     When you sign up for our Reap the Rewards points plan, place a special order, or purchase a gift certificate, you will be asked to provide your name, address, and phone number. In doing so, you are automatically added to our mailing list.
     This mailing list is, and shall remain, the confidential property of Ground Waves. It will only be used by us to (periodically) notify you of upcoming special events and sales.
     If you do not want to receive this kind of information, please let us know so we can update your file accordingly.
